I want a new veno-only flying mount which gives my fox form wings.

let me simplify, "get a nix or ur a noob"... your elitist attitude is a blight on this game

i know plenty of people who use SKILL instead of CASH to accomplish the exact same outcome...

i'll never own a nix, and you want to know why? because its lame as **** to be a follower... and i know for fact that i can perform just as well as that nix veno does, all it takes is a little practice, and dedication to learning your chosen class

    b:shutup b:bye

A "Follower" would be an arcane veno ;)

Skill, cash? what about both lol. Well, it's not like you're forced to buy nixes with RL cash. 90% of the money for my herc was in game coins farmed from TT and such :D

Well, I suppose I came in a little late here on this one but my input to the OP would be:

It depends on what kind of venomancer you are as to where and what you fight. Arcane venomancers typically stick to the air. Up here they have the advantage of ninja-nuking the poor souls on the ground with nixes, it's also where they're far away from the blademasters and barbarians, watch out for pew-pew archers though. From time to time you'd need to visit the cat barbs to purge and amp them.

Light venomancers do either ground, air or both. Their armour gives them a more balanced all-round defense on all kinds, so they're able to take a good amount of physical damage without having to worry too much. Those who tend to stick to their fox form tree more would find it a little better on the ground.

Heavy/melee venos are better off on the ground. I can't stand being in the air as my target will always have the advantage of being long-ranged and never allowing me close enough to use my fox skill combos. On the ground, heavy venos can withstand all melee damage, group or 1v1 extremly well. Not only being able to purge and amp the barbarians, but having enough defense to outlast them and whatever backup comes along.

But uh yeah, regardless of your build purging and amping the barbarians pulling cats is your main objective during territory war.
