Barbian skill help

i am a lvl 9 what is required to get the white tiger change skill (not sure of name.) ive got enough money and skill points but it wont let me get it.

    when you say skill points you mean Spirit ?

    spiritually adept. is that something i get by more killing or leveling skills?

    spiritual is a quest to enables u to get more skills

    press "Q" and look for a yellow entitled quest named spiritual cultivation
