where do i find mystical blood?

I need mystical blood for a dragon quest...and i am VERY poor... b:sad
...so i was wondering...where can i find mystical blood?...(don't dare saying "from monsters's drops", i mean what monsters?...).

    (It may be called Nether Blood but it's actually Mystical Blood)

    ah wait! i was there and it doesn't say where i can get it nor in what monster!...

    Hi:)

    This isn't about the Mystical Bloods, but the Big Bucks required for Chaofeng (41), Sweeping Tail - Chi the Historian. I can't find the location for these anywhere, nor have I seen one drop in game. Maybe I'm out of the loop real bad? lol
