    They can not tell you why you got banned on the forums. You have to send them a ticket.

    1.) Edit your first post - you don't want your login name showing anywhere!
    Never share your login name or password. It results in being ****.

    2.) Submit another ticket. There was an issue with the mailbox about two weeks ago - you may have gotten an email about Undeliverable. So try again, and watch your mail box.
