LAG for 3 minutes (proxy use authorized?)

Hello,

I played PWI for 2 months now and I met a problem.

Since 1 week from now, I have a very bad lag in the game. Not only 1 or 2s, but about 50s to 3min ! That's make me unable to play. Or I can play and lost about 10k of my HP Charm with each mobs.

I asked my ISP and it said everything is perfect, the Internet is fully functional. Yes, I supposed it can't told me its services are poor :)

But if I suppose the problem comes from my ISP, because PWI didn't annouce any trouble with server, can I use a service to help me reduce my ping? (btw when I'm connecting to PWI it said all server have a 3000 ping)

Example, game like WoW authorizes players to use proxy service like lowerping.com (I don't make any ads for this company, it's only an example).

I'm living in Thailand, the PWI server are in California (I suppose) I understand my ping will never be 100~300ms, but I want to play without a 3min lag.

    I contacted the Customer Service. The use of proxy is not forbiden BUT if your proxy is in one of the banned region will you will be auto-banned when log in to the game.

    So I was banned for this reason (now unbanned thanks for the helpful and fast reply customer service) and that's why I just want to make you aware of that.

    Proxy that you CAN'T use for reduce your ping by these service:
    HTTP-Tunnel
    Hopster
    Your-freedom

    Proxy that you CAN use for reduce your ping by these service with NO-GUARANTEE:
    PingFu
    lowerping (ping not exceptionnal from Asia)
    gamepath (ping not exceptionnal from Asia)

    I didn't add the URL because I'm not making ads to these services, use your favorite search engine for that.

    Also the "TcpAckFrequency" and "TCPNoDelay" tips doesn't worked for me.

    Finaly, the best way to get a good ping is to get a strengh signal from my ISP and sometime is the same price than use a service to reduce my ping and no way to be banned :)
