EXP Disapperance

good morning I just logged onto PW and found out that char exp was at 0.0% and when i left last night it was at 79%, i have lost nearly 2 million in exp.

can you please explain how this happened and how i get it back because i have done every quest for this lvl and i would have to grind 2.5million without the exp bonus from quest.

Please help.

    also would like to add the amount of exp bonus scrolls i have used to get this exp and hp charms used, so if u cant fix it i want a refund on them, please go check my account and u will see waht i bought and used and that all my quests for this level are done !

    i have also mail i cant even open, i go to mail box and nothing there but i have items in auction house for sale.
