Serious Problem!

When I log in it gets stuck at the character selection screen with all the buttons grayed for about 2 minutes, then I get an error message that says "Could not retrieve character list."

    like last time, a lot of people can't do anything at all, including log back in. though my squad in TT is currently operation no problems (we have not tested if we can leave yet)

    I was playing like normal for maybe two hours, got off for about 20 mins, came back and logged in, and my characters aren't showing...i've exited and relogged repeated times, but i'm getting the same message- "Could not retrieve character list", and I can't find anything about it in the support thing so idk what to do and im reaaalllyyy hoping my chars are ok >.> Please someone help lol?

    I'm having the same problem. Heavens Tear seems broken altogether. I was in and a lot of people complained they couldn't move. I was trying to sell off some items, but it wouldn't take at the merchant, so I went over to the blacksmith and it wouldn't even let me talk to him. I figured I'd log out to see if it would reset anything and ran into this.

    I was disconnected from the Heavens Tear server and i had to force log myself out of the game. After which, i reopened the client and i cannot retreive my character list. Looks as if the server is down, but not down at the same time. Any help would be appreciated.

    According to that topic many are having this problem, probably emergancy manintance OR another bug?

    i cant get back on and when i was on i couldent do anything wth is going on with PW they are gana do the same thing as they did with the MY version they messed that all up and now there gana mess this all up

    I just spoke to my friend who's sitll in game and he said it's massive server lag, all the NPC's have disappeared and you can't target anything but you can still talk so idk whats going on >.> and now I can't even log in to get the "cannot retrieve" thing >.>

    heavenstear server is down b:angry
    guess it was crashing what made the probs since it started with not able to att mobs after that not able to log in even with force log lol. and then unable to load chars and poof server went off eventually

    Yeah my buddy got the "Can not retrive your chars" message, I cant log in!!! All I wanted to do was lvl my new veno. Oh well. BUMP!!!

    I can confirm, HT is down/malfunctioning.

    This is very annoying, I was JUST about to get to the spot my freind was at, then i get this LOLNOLIFE Spidah, so i log out and try to log in, and i get this could not find your Char info Bull. D< Fix it now.

    Yes several people on HT are having the same problem. Just make sure to read the other threads first before making one complaining about the same thing. This is the fourth one already xD
