Hi, while i`m in PWI, everyones hair turns up as a default colour. (Grey) But when i selet them they are different. (Red hair, green skin ect.) I created another character to see if it still happened and it didn`t, all the people were they way they created them, my friend is having the same problem, do you know what`s causing this?     You have Customizations turned off. Go to the System tab > System Settings > UI and check Customizations, hit apply/confirm.

    Check your settings in the top left corner of the screen in-game, and also your Settings in the bottom right for Customizations, other players, etc.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
