Wat happens if ya..
Bind Ledgendary Weapon/Armor.. Do they dissapear Unbound.. like if u never had them or do they become Mold again?
Binding HH equip.. Do ya get the material for next HH back if you unbound?(or u will have to gather hh60/70/80 to get 90..)
thx everyone b:bye

binding to my knowledge only means that you cant trade/sell/drop the item that you bound to yourself. you can take it off to refine it/shard it from your inventory...

also once bound always bound. :3

there's currently no way to "unbind" an item... so no, you cannot get your mold or shard back. It's the same when you imbune a soulgem into your weapon or gear - you cant have them back.

A lot of people assume that if you bind something, you can’t unequip it, binding basically means it can’t leave your account, no matter what. You could bind your wings, buy a new pair, equip them and put your bound ones in the bank.

The only downside to binding something is if it gets replaced you have to “destroy” it (unless u want it clocking up 1 slot), destroying it makes you lose it completely.

Yes you can still upgrade it in the forges even if its bound, same was as if you bound a weapon u can still refine, embuse est. est.

oh, also if you want to decompose your tt gear for your next one, i think you can do it, but you would need the crafting lvl to do it yourself (not sure, have to double check with someone else)

gold tt armor is always bound, if you're going for that.

Yes destroying a Bound item will give you the decomposed version, if there is any for that item. So u could bind your HH60 weapon, then "destroy" at 70 and still get the material from it for your 70 weapon.

so binding.. my hh80 wont matter in other to get the material for hh90..(example HH80 lunar boots)
Even if i dont have "crafting skill"

Would ya get molds from legendary stuff

This is completely wrong! Weapons and armor are the only items you can unbind without destroying. The only way to do this is not very well known though. If you refine your bound weapon with a mirage celestone at the elder you can find other NPCs (non-player characters) that have the option to do a refining transfer. The refining LvL is shown by the name of the item with a +1 +2 ect. If you preform a refining transfer on a bound item it will switch the binding to the other item.

Once you put a soulgem into a weapon there is no turning back as far as I know. You can go to a tailor to remove the soulgem but you will not get it back.

    I really hope this helps.

On another note the only other way to unbind something is to destroy it at an Elder or a couple other NPCs so if you choose to bind an item such as a flying sword or clothing that is that. There is no unbinding w/o destroying the object.

    Have fun!

I am not to sure of this. My advise will be lengthy b:chuckle but worth it.

If you bound the weapon already refine it and do a refining transfer to another weapon that you don't care about. Sell the previously bound item for your next mats and then preform another refining transfer from the weaker weapon to your new one. Sorry I can't be of any more help.

Idk if you're talking about International but yes you can. One NPC that I am sure can do this is right next to the Crazy Stone lady in west Archo.

I must not have read to well. If you go to the NPC there isn't an option to use a stone when doing a refining transfer

Sorry I can't answer that one specifically. I have seen legendary weapons that say that if unbound they may decompose to a material but I observed this on a weapon that wasn't bound.

b:cry Have a little respect. I have done extensive research of this game b4 starting and I am trying to help with the best intentions. Quite literally the least you could do is ask nicely. You don't have to worry though as this will be my last post. I hope you get the help you need but it is sad when a kid has the decency to be more respectful than you! b:angry

Yes, you can refine bound items. My magic sword is bound and I have no problems refining it.
