file download error

when its updating files i geet an error message 'file download error' and the option to retry or quit. ive retried multiple times and tried the manual patch and still not working.... help plz??

i found it on another forum from the main menu click on mauel patch i had mine in normal time only 2 minutes0

I can download the manual patch but it prompts a .cup file. Which my computer has no idea how to open. Any tricks to this?0

Make sure that you have properly installed the game first.
Then, the file should be recognized. You may need to restart your PC.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

If you are new to PWI, then after you download and install the game, as of this post, you will need patches 1-52, and then the 52-161.

I tried the auto and the manual and NETHER of them worked. I triedrebooting comp still didn't work. All the other patches I have loaded worked untill this ew one i dont know what is going on but no matter what i do it won't patch properly0
