Please help me out?

We have 2 PC's in our home and both me and the wife are on PW.

Problem is we have a 3gig ADSL cap per month, so updating PW from one PC each hurts.

I decided to rather download one patch and use it on both PC's to update.

Is that allowed?

Lastly when I go to downloads I noticed 2 patches released namely:

Patch 144-161: Released 07/22/09

Patch 52-161: Released 07/22/09

Which of the 2 should I download?

    yes it is allowed just download patch in 1 pc then transfer patch file via Cd/something

    If you're currently at 144, get the 144-161 version.

    I'm not sure about downloading to one to update the other. If you use the manual patch, it should be possible. Just move it over on a flash drive. That's what we did when we installed JD on my husband's laptop - copied my installation files onto the portable drive and moved it to his. Not sure it'd work so easily with updates though. We normally run those on both computers since we don't have a bandwidth cap.

    Downloading 144-161 on my PC now, will load em on a flash drive to update wife's too. Hope all goes well.

    Downloading the manual patch and putting it on a flash drive will work for both of your computers, yes.
