How do you tell another player's level?

How can you tell what level another player is if they're not in your squad?

    You can't for sure, all you can do is rightclick their name and look at their gear

    Well, you can look at "Player Info" by right clicking their head after selecting them.
    Look at their equips and whatnot. Gives a general idea.

    I'm actually not too sure. I think there's some way in the menu that pops up when you push 'T' though. If that doesn't work, I guess you just ask.
