how do i change to beast form

i am lv nine but i do not know how to change to my beast form

    Go to your trainer. Venomancers get the skill Fox Form and Barbarians get the skill True Form. Those are the transforming skills you'll need, depending on which race you're playing.

    Do you have to be a certain level to get fox form? Or do you just go to a trainer at any level to get it?

    Yes, you have to be a level 9 venomancer and have completed your spiritual cultivation quest

    Yeah, spirital cultivation quests start at Level 9. *-* Painful, but cultivation there on out gets you new spells and items. :3
    I cannot into Lithuania.
