Problem with the manual patch

well the problem is that the manual patch gave me the error says

"ERROR CORRUPT FILE" or something like that..

i clicked on the patch to patch the game ..it reached like 98% then said that error..what do i do now?

plz help me i need to play!! b:laugh

ok i run the patch again and it works fine=]
