Can't see everyone else's name...

I keep toggling the names/icon button but nothing changes.
Please help!

    Check the Distances in Settings and in Settings > UI. Turn the sliders up.

    If you still aren't having any success, try running Verify on the game launcher screen and it should reset everything.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I had this problem the other day, there's another way to do it than what dark said... again under settings, in one of the tabs, I think UI maybe, but not the first >.> sorry I dont know which, not on right now, but there's an option for having on other characters names, it's on the tab where u select all types of game options......

    just run out of that area and then go back. have the same problem some times when i log in and im in archo (or where ever i may be) I then run out of the city, leave safe zone and go back. then every thing is normal again ^^

    When you quit the game while the Best Performance option is turned on, your graphics settings will be set to match the Best Performance settings. If you go into your in-game System Settings, you can manually set the items in the System and UI tabs back to where you want them. Two items are of particular note: the first is the Customizations box in the UI tab; when it is unchecked it causes all characters to appear with the default appearance to ease the strain of loading hundreds of customizations. The second is the Show/Hide Players Outside the Range Limit button above your character's HP bar; when active, players outside the range of your abilities will not be visible.
