which server

hi all.
i'm new in this game and i want to begin.
but i see some servers has written pvp in front of them and some "pve"
what's the difference and which one should i begin the game?
is that mean in a pve server you can't pvp and fight other playes?and also in pvp servers u can't grind and kill mobs?

    i started with playing a player vs player (PVP) server, you go around doing quest for the first 30 lvs and after that you can kill anyone that has a white name over their heads. While in player vs. everyone (PVE) server you chose to set player vs player mode on or leave it off...

    and about lving and grinding

    PVP its not that bad you can grind alot without getting killed by other players but there are those days that you get player killed (pked)... but that usually happens on weekends an areas with alot of Player killers (pkers) around

    PVE no comment haven't played one

    but i think it's a bit "easier" to lv in a PVE server than a PVP cus you dont need to worry about people killing you
