Cant anyone help me?

Im trying to get into the game whenever ive tried it keeps saying "update connection failed, please try other update server". this game is starting to annoy me now because everytime i stop playing for a week or so, come back there is some stupid excuse to stop me from logging into the game. ive never had this trouble with any other mmorpg, ive installed both manual patches.. and it says " reading the new patch" then after 2 seconds back to " update connection failed". The game worked fine before, but im not sure why its not working now.
