what strength should i have think ive negelcted
it for a few too many lvls

if u are follwoing a "pure" build, i belive you should be 1 str/4 dex per level, so...

your lvl +4 = 51 at 47

Lvl 1 5 stat points in all areas.

By 47, you have 46 points for str (at level 1 they don't give you points.)

46+5=51

I heard the if u r building a pure archer ALWAYS your str must be 4 point over your current lvl

If you're doing a build that requires 1 point per level it HAS to be your level +4 points.

so a pure dex archer at 45 should have 49 str and over 171 dex?
