    I am male. Most of my characters in games are female. But I seem to always take the male ones the furthest (highest lvl, etc...).

    I only think it's "wrong" when said male players actually try to convince everyone they're actually a girl *shudder*. But you can usually tell from how they act. And if not that, the first time you ask them to get on TS or Vent usually makes it obvious.b:laugh

    Odd that this comes up now, because just yesterday I rolled a Veno to mule for Mr. Fall. Still in the starting area, another Veno runs up to me and I get a PM saying "are u a le*bian?" I just ignored him/her/it. Most likely 'him'.

    if ur playing a MMO and dislike the idea of males using female characters for toons...then an MMO is the wrong place for you to be, go play a single player game where the character is male only.

    I'm a man, I play a girl, and I enjoy single player games with females in them. The girls always seem to have more flashy attacks and skills than guys for some reason... Granted, they're not always effective... But, hey. If I'm going to be using the same skillset the entire game, I'd rather have something that doesn't put me to sleep. Anyone play Tales of Legendia? The only sword user in the game was Female, and she was much more awesome than the main character. How about Smash Bros? My main is Zelda. Tomb Raider? Metroid? The list goes on, and on. Honestly, it's about time women stopped being simple damsels in distress, and started busting heads as well as the guys.

    you sound like me! i do have a barb, but i never have run him up, which is the only male alt i've done. what i wind up doing is building tons of other venos, to try out the different looks!b:laugh

    I know what you mean, from what ive noticed more work gets put into the visual aspect of the female sex, in real life as well. Clothes for example, maybee most guys are just dull and have no imagination.

    Yeah, but there's the double standard. Many girls play guy characters because they know if they play a girl, they'll get hit on... And there are a LOT of girls that love the attention, but there are quite a few that hate it as well.

    One of my close friends plays halo a lot, she's constantly harassed and unicr0n?ed. She's twisted though, she enjoys letting them see her and then being mean to them before she kills them. haha.

    Since when is a guy playing a female character a bannable offense?

    Unless you mean pretending to actually be a girl in real life to trick other guy players? And even in those cases, banning is usually a stretch...

    In actual fact, it's encouraged that we keep our true gender as well as any other personal information secret. Players are not obliged to inform their RL gender to anyone here really.

    I...hate....the chickdudes of pwi. I know a lot of them in my faction and am good friends with many of them but other than my factionmates i generally try to ignore obvious chickdudes. Also if I'm ever interested in a lady b:dirty I always try to find out if its a dude or a chick before pursuing them usually by asking or asking some of my friends if they know xD.

    However I like how some male venos make it so obvious they are a dude my making their female character look hideous, manly, bald, green skinned, ect. just to let everyone know that they are male. So if your a male wanting to play a veno plz do that^^

    Venos only come in one sex Solaluna -but I see you are new to the board.

    where does it say that its bannable? truly, i do want to know. thats something i had never heard.

    and while i dont really mind a guy playing a veno/girl playing barb, i *really* do wish there was some system in place to ID the real gender of the player. its so confusing to be in a faction, and be thinking/talking about 'her', and the person gets POed about that, and says 'im a guy!' well, how the bleep is anyone supposed to know? all you can see is the character onscreen, and going around constantly asking others what gender they are is a waste of time.

    lmao ur right it is hard to tell if a veno is a male or female...same as any other class who plays as the opposite gender. but i find it funny when my friend hits on venos...one time the veno turned out to be a **** 30 yr old man just liking the attention he was getting from my friend lmao...its still funny up to this dayb:laugh

    I've got no problem with guys playing as girls. I always get a laugh out of usernames like "Dude in drag" etc. It can get kind of confusing though. I usually just assume they're their game gender and look out for signs that mean otherwise.

    I am a female but my life partner is MALE and he has 2 veno accounts... Both of us wish that there where male venos but for now he has to be happy with taming and using pets on his female acc... Wouldnt it be wonderful if they could have a Gender change and still be Venos.. b:questionSame with me and my Untamed acc.. Would love to be female on that one but ho hum I guess I will have to carry on dreaming about it b:chuckle

    Im a guy playing a veno , usualy I play male toons just cause I feel weird as a female toon but in all games I play I have a pet aswell , sucks only chicks can have pets in this game. Been hit on 7 times now with 4 cyber requests and Ive gone off on all of them telling them im a guy and to get a life heh.b:angry
