Unable to connect to server

I have a problem connecting to server see below.I've already downloaded and install the latest patch.Can some1 help me ?

    There is several players that are having the same issue. I am still having that issue. What you could try is rebooting the client and then verifying the files and see if it will connect. What version of windows are you running may I ask?

    i am currently having the same problem.
    However this happens with all games i try to play online.
    such as fiesta, wow and perfect world.

    Mine is kinda odd though, i could play all of these games from my old router, but i got a new router, the bthomehub2 and i can not play now. but my brother can. we both have vista home premium.

    he has a desktop dell and i have a HP pavillion dv7, which is high spec for gaming and editing.

    The internet is fine and fast. we both use wireless.

    I have tried with firewalls off, both the router and windows vista, i use avg free and msn. i do not think i have anything that could be interupting the connection.
    but on everygame i try i get:
    could not connect to servers
    or
    could not connect to update servers

    Xp? Hmmm. Not sure then. Every other game I play is fine. It just seems to be this one I have problems with, I think. Just gonna have to do some research and try to figure it out

    yah, me too.. cannot connect to the server
    but when i checked the website, i can see the server status ALL OFFLINE ? b:sad
    is it because of daily maintenance or ....?

    i was playing in Sanctuary an hour ago but suddenly i lost connection to the server.
    i hope i didnt die in a flock of npcs creatures b:sad

    Can't connect either. I got worried and thought my account got **** already! I just started a few hours ago!b:sad

    To those that tried to login between 11pm and 1am tonight, California time, server maintenance is going on. About 15 minutes or so from now, they should be back up.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Nope still down.. how long does this maintenance usually last for?
