    it is a quest in temple fo the dragon
    called, sealed dragon, a boss is summoned and when you kill it, it has a 1005 chance to drop a belt, the belt has 200 evade, -6% channel 141 water resistance, and 7-8 magic on it, lvl 60 to equip, a very sexy beltfor a very tough quest, frozenflame is yet the only person i've seen to complete this quest and be lucky enough to get all the items needed from the chests

    The message has popped up a couple times on Lost City. No clue what it entailed though.

    It's a boss in DT that drops unique treasures. If someone enters DT with a silver dragon order, acquires a moonwater key, takes the quest from the npc, and goes around to all of the pillars scattered around DT, they can unlock Chihwen from the object Ocean Protector is guarding, and get 500k exp in the process. Chihwen can drop a unique necklace with -6% channel, dragon meat, flawless gems, scarlet fruit, and dragon cases. Only one person can do the quest each DT, though Chihwen's drops go to whichever squad earns the kill after he's summoned.

    Mosz was the first to finish it on HT last week along with some fellow Enrages'.

    can farm own frags thankfully (my god horrible luck today too many mirage)
    too lazy to startover i guess, sad that sanct is beating us on a lot of things

    wrong boss, thats from harpy wraith (currently undefeated on HT,power to the noobs!)

    yeah that's what i thought. you know though one day i swear harpy wraith wasnt there when i went to grind in that area... b:shocked i stood there for a good 10 min to come around on it's path but it didnt =P

    That boss ... yeah... someone kills it every week on Lost City lol... been going for a while. x3

    Good luck @ Harpy Wraith. Only time ever killed on Lost City and it was the NPC guards that killed it. xD

    No hiding in room 32 NPC.
