High spike damage
High epic coolness
Common Berserk on weapons
Fatal crits (unlike fist BMs baby crits)


Heavens flame - best level 59 skill, out of every class.

There is no other BM, only Axe.

If you are not Axe, you are not a BM.

    NO OFFENCE TO BE TAKEN!!! but seriously, thats stupid. BMs are only good for grinding, and when you look at it, Axes have less crit, nor are they fatal. Fist BM's crits are small, but very often, meaning faster kills. Swords are overpowering at SageDemon Stage, and are still nastier. Poles are ranged weapons who like bleeds and are good PKers. ALL AXES ARE GOOD FOR ARE GRINDING!!!

    Well i need a Awnser
    Well I See if i wanted to go Blade's i do 5str 3dex 2hp per 2lvs but what would u perfur axes r good later on for there AoE's but they miss alot in the 1-29 lv's and swords r good for there 1vs1 and they tend to miss few what would u perfur!
    And R Swords Worth Using in Pve

    It is to bad the bleeding doesn't work well in this game or sword would out clas it vs fleshies.

    Sword provide good pressure if the same as another game I play.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    I agree with you that the op is stupid. But if you seriously believe that grinding is all axes are good for you've never done any serious pvp. Just because someone is an axe bm does not necessarily mean they have low acc/low crit. Axes have stuns and heaven's flame, two of BM's best pking skills.

    How you figure? The bleed skills are not under the sword path, that means anyone wr could use em.

    What do you mean axes are non fatal? THAT'S a stupid thing to say. Weapons cannot be non fatal... any 8 year old kid knows not to grab the sharp end of a scissors. If crits are small but often, then the crits are pretty similar to damage done, so it must be a linear-damage weapon. BM's aren't just good for grinding. Why else would TW and PVP builds exist?

    ok wtf. Axes are non fatal to fists. only because they miss to much. and domt mention IRL issues to games. and yes, crits are pretty much my normal damage and im a PvP build. but you know what? BUILDS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. he said Axes are the only BM, not AXE BUILDS. get it right lol

    I don't care how good a pker you are, you just wrote one paragraph that had nothing to do with my comment. Just like how certain skills can be used to effectively deal with axes, other skills can be used to effectively deal with fists. You wanna use will? go ahead, I'll just fly and kite you until it's over. You're such a hypocrite, you insult the axe bms that put down fist bms without any evidence but you're doing the same thing to axe bms. Ignorant axe bms say that fist is only good for pve, however you just said that axe is only good for pve. You're every bit as condescending as all the axe bms that won't give fist users a chance.

    The best bms are the ones who use Axe, Sword, and Lances b:laugh

    Seriously though if you make your build so you can wield all 3 weps then you will have crit, strength, accuracy, the ability to use all 3 weps, and at level 90 you can get your hp to 7-8k+ with TT90 armors + uber refinage.

    thats agreeable, and im sorry i have been a pain for you Filet. BUT! what you say here Raydoit is that fists are meant to be excluded. no offence, you act like Lyndura, who blocked out the Fists part of her guide and goes against them. i wonder... has she tried fist?

    actually the best 59 skills, best aoes goes to the mage class more so to Black Ice Dragon Strike - the most feared skill in the game

    I doubt heavens flame can crit 19k+ on heavies >:)

    Any bm is good if they know how to play their class. Just because axes have zerk early doesn't mean they become godly. Use your dragons while i spark and norm attack let's see who wins. ^_^ sword <3

    Axe bm only get strong when they got golden axe at lvl 90 with high refine, before that, its all up to skill + gears.

    I'm not saying fists are worthless but if you use them along with the other 3 you will have to stretch your dex out a lot more further than you should which will make you have a lot less points for vit which will make you an easy target for archers and mages. To be honest I cant find much use for swords but i do like having my dex capped at 140 for the nice crit, acc, and evade. I mostly use my lance for everything and use axes when aoe is needed.

    Sandstorm is useful but you can only use it on the ground, might as well just shoot a thunderstorm at them and if they used marrow for some strange reason even better ^_^
