ok i just finished downloading the pacthes(1-51 stuff) if that is what your suppost to download?and if it is i cant find a start butoon .....

  You just go to Downloads > Game Client > Direct Download
  
  It should work just patch afterwords and you can play instantly. Unless you can clarify your question.

  PWI is currently at verion 144. The patch you downloaded was the base one you will need to get the rest too.
