Help! Pet collar

I bought a pet collar from the zooligist, and then clicked on 'rename pet'. I put my magmite in the slot, but the button that says 'rename' won't highlight. It won't let me click on it at all! Please! Will a kind veno please help me?

    It wasn't summonded. I'm a lvl 27 and my magmite is 27 as well. Would that make a difference?

    Did you type a new name into the box before tyring to click the button?

    1. Must have Pet Collar in inventory.
    2. Unsummon the pet.
    3. Select Rename Pet choice menu from npc.
    4. Drag and drop the pet icon into Rename pop-up window slot.
    5. Start to type , the button will highlight if u start to type the name in that space.

    *doesnt matter the lvl of pet.If u cant do this, try to visit Mr.Zoologist (main pet npc)..maybe that pet trainer its bugged...
