Low performance/fps

hi, started playing like 3 days ago after taking a long time to pick my class and i noticed that my game is really slow. I know i have a crappy intel x3100 (gma 965 families) but come on it has to be enough to run this game in minimum settings. Also i noticed that it completely random, one time is running super fast and like 3 seconds later is slow again and it varies a lot. My system: intel core 2 duo 1.8 ghz. intel 965 families, 3 gb ram, and windows 7 rc edition. please help me really want to play

Do you have refractions enabled?
That would be a huge FPS killer if your graphics card sucks balls (excuse my informality) but other than that you SHOULD be able to run this game on minimum at least.0 -
