wierd download problem

ok so i had perfect world on my computer for about 5 months before my computer crashed. when my computer crashed it dumped all the files on my computer. so i didnt have perfect world. know when i am trying to redownload it it wont download. i've waited 26 minuts and nothing has happened. any ideas.

    ok know after about an hour of downloading it says that my connection to the server timed out. i still had internet the entire time i know that. i was playing games and then after all this time when i go and try it one more time the same thing happens. any help.
