Grinding Spots

Hi, I was wondering what type and level of mob I should be grinding on at my level (56 atm). Also I would like to know what should I grind on in the 60s? Thanks in advance.

    Foxwings at misfortune or Foxwing Supremes north of Tusk Town.

    Then you can proceed with something like:

    Vampiric Nightstalkers (62, Dreaming Cloud) -> Minions of Alucard (68, Alter of Disbelief)

    Flying mobs always, except when your about lvl 80, then you get to grind fish. And boy is that fun!

    Back in my day we used to go for Element Essenses in the 50's and low 60's. Do people still pay good money for thoes things?
