Strength of the Titans?

I see many 89+ sage/demons use this? It's like a blue pillar thing around them..

I realize there is a barb skill called that, but I see non barbs using it too.

Soo my question is how do you get this skill?

    I haven't checked. But... I would say its likely a genie skill. If you see someone using a skill that their class does not originally have that is just about the ONLY answer. Their genie has the skill. :)

    wrong, its called Master Li's technique, sage only move, gives you 50 chi every 60 seconds.

    strength of the titans looks entirely different, and can be used by low level barbs, me thinks you got animation mix ups man.

    but that comes with becoming a celestial sage for free at 89

    The animations u have seen could be from the sage chi skill u get at 89.

    Light blue things appear for a short time around the caster.

    Edit: Bleh.

    On the subject of this skill you see on low lvl mobs.Why don't Barbs get it early in the game as well instead of 50+?
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    Channel 1.0 seconds
    Cast 2.0 seconds
    Cooldown 3.0 seconds
    Weapon Axe, Poleaxe, Hammer or Polehammer

    Requisite Cultivation Aware of Coalescence
    A raging roar renders you and squad members more powerful. Physical damage increases by
    12% of weapon attack. Lasts 30 minutes.

    It is not a genie skill it is barb skill.Why do they get it so late when mobs have it below 20.
