    lmao!

most wizards use glaives and magic swords.
Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

most wizards use wands or glaives.
it adds the one thing wizards need, spike damage.

    umm... no.

Wand = consistant damage (no spikes, no lows0
Patakas = spike damage (really high, really low)

    everything else falls in between.
    wand gives us magical powers
    sword gives us magical powers
    glaive gives us magical powers
    pataka gives us magical powers

Keen observations. Keep up the good work.

    Patakas are worthless imho >.>

I personally like mswords, cuz they're decently stable yet provide a bit of spike damage. Glaives are nice as well.

Wand = too stable = fail

Also, to OP: Your sentence fails. It doesn't even make sense from ANY grammatical standpoint.

It is very far from fail. I've seriously considered hh70 wand before i've got grief's breath for real cheap. (WTB SAKYAMUNI'S LIGHT FOR 500k PL0X. Seriously, they hate wizards. Why give 20 chips and not 22? Dammit.) Stable damage is predictable, very good for grinding. One macro to rule them all, so to say. Patakas are fail, it's bad and hurts when you do your favorite combo and mob is still alive and well 'cause your bad luck was on lower side of pataka.

What's the earliest we can get a weapon with -6%chan that's either TT or legendary? I know we can purely out of luck craft them at any lvl, but we all know that's not going to happen. Is there a -6% avaliable at lvl 80?

there are no -6 chan weapons until level 90.

Here's a guide with all the HH magic weps, the names are MY but you should be able to translate fairly well:

Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"

    Carefree Amnesia at lvl 85
    Con + 14~15
    HP + 205
    Chanting - 6%

That's a frostlands weapon, mate. Afaik, only level 90-95+ squads can get through and amass enough mats to make them, which makes it moot since by then you'd have TT90 fo' sho.

EDIT: Also, it's not Carefree Amnesia, it's called Sensoid Emptiness in PWI.
