won't let me uninstall pw

i am trying to uninstall pw because i am going to reinstall it on my laptop, but it won't let me. everytime i click uninstall pw, it gives me a red x pop up. can someone please suggest what to do? thanks.

    the box was empty, however i was able to delete the folders and contents though the c drive, so case closed.
