Dragon quests, a little confused

First of I would like to state Im new to the game, so this might be a stupid question.

Ive been collecting items, where it says in the description they are needed for dragon quest: Chiu Niu (20).

However when i turned lvl 20 and got a dragon quest, the items I need for the quest says "needed for dragon quest: Yatzu (31).

So there is no Chiu Niu quest? Or have i just missed it.

This is the first dragon quest Ive done

    When you hit 31, you can go to the Dragon Directer person at any starter zone and obtain the level 31 Dragon Quest. When you hit 41, you can get the next one. 51, the next. 61, 71, etc etc.

    But im no where near lvl 31. Im 23, but still doing a quest where im using lvl 31 peices, dull claw, honey juice etc etc (or so it seems).

    The initial quest is just to start doing Dragon Quests. Though it does mimic the DQ31, finishing it lets you do any DQ you are high enough level to start.

    save all your dq20 items, you will be able to give them in after u finish 1st dragon quest in what u need give in lvl 31 dq items

    i'm on this quest too,
    where do i get honey juices,
    an dull claws too please (had to buy mine, expensive)

    i cant see your class and lvl but if u r veno and u use a pet u can kill higher lvls mobs more easy without taking high damage.I guess ur 20-30 lvl .For Dull claws it seems ,mobs lvl 26 have good drop rate and maybe close to your lvl ,see here all list for Dull Claws http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/8105 ( i can recommend u , Shanlang Cutlass 26lvl (487,765) 19.5663%chance to drop, i had more luck at werewolfs than jackaleopardite, i think Cutlass are better, and for Honey Juice see this link http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/8106 ( i can recommend u Longlegged Toxicon 30lvl (451,496), 47.4798% chance to drop.     Thanks a lot for all the answers.

    I finished the initial one, and after that I could do the lvl 20 one. Wierd order of things (using (31) for the ini, then being able to do one that uses (20)).

    Anyway all clear now. Thanks again
