Booted from the server???

i was playing with another account and suddendly apeared a message like disconeccted from de server but this one sayd, botted from the server =s , i tried to log in again but it said invalid username or password, later i tryed to change my password thinking that someone **** my account or something =s. and i changed it, but the server dont let me log in =s , and y tryied to log in the forum, and it said, '' u has been banned from pw'' D: , WTH!! what i did?? GM plz asnwer me this message if u can talk with me, idk what happened. i'm so scared to lose my account plz =s

    I would immediately change your password, like right now. Then submit aa ticket to customer support so that we can assist you further.

    loot at the top of this page, and click where it says "Support". that will take you to the ticket submission page. ((hugs))

    'Botted' or 'Booted'? If I force-log into my account from a different comp while I'm still online, I've seen a message "You have been booted."

    In all likelyhood, you probably were ****.

    thx i submited a ticket, but my msn is weird, WTH, may be u are right khepras, and yes is booted, D: , someone **** my account then? what is happened, a friend told me that he was in zhen and suddendly a message apeared of booted from the server to him too, but they didnt stealed nothing, what is happened with the security of pwi? =S , someone is hacking the msn account or what? =s , i tried to log in my msn account now, but it sayd ur msn members are not abailable u cant log it try later... =s , but i can log to my msn with hotmail page, i'm so scared D:

    Please try not to panic, if this is a simple disconnection issue there is probably nothing to worry about. If you are worried I would suggest that you change your password on our website, submit a ticket to customer support if you have any further concerns.

    Another explanation could be if you are all in the same region, if you share a common internet backbone it may just be experiencing issues.

    this is not my account mr gm,i created this to contact u,because i cant log with the another =(, i have send the ticket submit, n i'm waiting response, if u know something u can send a msj here or my mail that is in the ticket =( , is the same of my another account TT_TT

    As long as you have sent a ticket we will assist you as soon as we can. Keep in mind we answer e-mails in the order that they are received

    **** or no **** there was a reason why you got banned....Maybe Legend you did something with your account and did not realize it was worthy of banning.

    When a GM suspends your account when you are playing Perfect World.
    It will show "booted from server"

    Why your account is banned, we don't know but account sharing is a breach in TOS and can result in account suspend.

    Specially if you are playing someone else account from a different location/IP.

    I hope to never see this picture myself :) But my question is this...

    Will it show this same thing no matter how long the ban is? Or if you've been banned for just a day or two will it show the same picture?

    But an email is sent also correct? So in theory one could just check the email?
    And I have to say if someone does something warranting a ban, they should know why before they even get banned! How long would or should be the only question.

    When a ban does occur, do you send an email immediately?
