i didnt get my cultivation aware of discord and i done my fb 39 and the spirit cultivitation
som1 know whatt he prob is ?
could a gm help me or some1 else

    i think you have to go die. (im serious, go find some pker to kill you or a mob) its a bugged quest where you have to die to receive it

    That's not a bug, it's the way the quest is supposed to progress. The Celestial Elder tells you to return to him once you have bridged the gap between life and death; hence, dying and returning to life.
