I had some items disappear

I have heard when people are on mounts or flying and have their inventory list up, there are stories about accidently clicking and the mouse drags and drops the item.

It goes so fast that you don't even notice. I have done it once and it was my FB19 weapon. I almost #$^#$ myself since it took me almost 1 1/2 minutes to find it. I thought that someone might pick it up.

I heard that you can actually drop items when you die, but its like a 1% chance of doing so. I'm not sure if this is actually true, as it has never happen to me, or it has but drop something I didn't really care for in my inventory. May want to check it out.

Yes you can drop items randomly when you die. It doesn't happen often but it does happen.

I was in a TT run with some friends when one of the traps got me. I dropped my pick axe. Of course I got it back when someone was like WTH? How did a pick axe drop?

One night a friend and I was on nightscream island when he died. He dropped his arcane robe. Yes of course he got it back but he was lucky. We was in a squad and he was revived and squad person got his item and gave it back. This is not a PVP server either. And neither of us in PK mode.

One day I also was grinding and saw someone die and they dropped some potions. No big loss but you know....

Anyways yes, it can and does happen. Altho rare....

Anyways, yeah I've dropped things when I've been killed by a mob, but most likely is your mouse had a spazz and you accidentally dropped them.

This isn't a good thing to base it on. Your hotkeys automatically update.
If you hotkey one type of health potion, and it runs out, it'll switch to another quantity that's in your inventory. This means if you have 5 X and 4 Y, once you run out of X, it'll switch to Y. Then you'll have two hotkeys on Y.
