Is it punishable? i had two people calling me the N word and telling black jokes and it really offended me i want to know if people can get away with that being as my kid plays this and we found this greatly offensive.

In an unrelated question. Does anyone have a clue as to why the skin color turns white in random areas on my face?

    Yes, it's punishable.

    However, you shouldn't really be posting this here. Send a ticket into Customer Support under harrasment, and they should do something about it. I'm pretty sure it's against the forum rules to discuss these issues here.

    The typical turnaround varies, but be prepared to wait for at least 48 hours. The ticketing system is your best friend for matters like these.
