what level do you have to be too have a cat store

    I think the requirement is Level 1. When in-game press E and double click on Consignment Shop under Trade.

    there is no level requirement for a store.

    you can set up a cat store at any level. press "E" a windo thing pops up.. look under trade and you can set up a store.
