How do Venos FLY?

In the Forums Veno Q & A, #9: Someone asked if Venos FLY. The Answer was yes at lvl 20. How do they fly and where do u go to obtain this skill?b:thanks

  Simplified: You fly at level 30 and you get a quest for it as well to obtain your free flying beast Manta.
