Scarlet gate quest - Help Me!

I just got the Scarlet Gate quest from the elder of the city of a thousand streams. It says: Go to the west of Dribbling Spring. Check around the high platform near the flaming stone pillar. I can not find that place. I checked Perfect World Database and it gave me coordinates that are in the "Unavailable" area. Can anybody tell me where to find the platform thing?????????
