Photobucket. ^^ or imageshack. They'll have links that you can copy and paste. Then you paste them here.

I do not belive file attatchment is Forum Topics is a supported feature with these forums. You can, however, go to photobucket.com and upload your photos there. You would have to make an account. Either Photobucket or Image Shack. That's what a lot tend to use these days.
