Why are rules not enforced?

I have a screen shot of someone from Spectral guild that randomly PKed players then deliberately brought the boss to town so the players he killed would lose experience. I want to know why this type of behavior that is clearly against the rules is allowed? I am completely disgusted with this game at this point and after having spent $40 dollars this week, to have the game allow players to break the rules and cost us players out REAL WORLD MONEY because they choose not to follow the rules. This guild should not be operating, trash like this should be thrown off of the server!!

    1) Random Pking not an issue on a PvP server

    2) If concerned about the boss then you need to submit a ticket

    Did you submit a ticket? If not, please do not post that kind of stuff here. We are required to take the appropriate steps to investigate all reports, however they have to be submitted as a ticket, as accusations are not permitted on the forum.

    I did submit a ticket, yet right now I am sitting in safe zone after having spent $40, unable to even complete quests as the other players are staking out the exits. Last time safe was not safe because the player broke the game rules. How is this supposed to be fun or fair? You can delete my post if you feel it unappropriated, but I do feel people should know how players are being treated before they spend cash. I can't play, because I am being harassed. I think $40 spent in one week proves I want to play the game, but if you are unavailable to allow that to happen, others should know before they spend their cash.

    Unfortunately due to the amount of users that we must support it is impossible to be everywhere at once. We ask that our players be patient as we do answer all tickets in the order that they are received, this cannot be done instantaneously but we will do our best to get to your ticket as soon as we can.

    I'm sorry, but I don't think that bringung up how much you've spent on a game entitles you to any special treatment. Wait for GMs to reply to your ticket, they're busy people and will help you as soon as they can.

    Also, I've never had issues with players "staking out the exits" to SZ. If you can't wait for them to leave or go do other quests, it might be in your best interest to leave Lost City server and reroll PvE.

    I don't see how PKing whitenames is against the rules in any way. As for it costing actual money, I'm not sure how Postman PKing you costs you particularly much. Two ticks off your heiro shouldn't be a particularly large amount.

    I am wondering why a 7x has quests there anyways. Most of the pk'ers in that area are either there for KOS or are lower lvl's then 7x.

    Anyways, if it is that bad move on until your ticket gets responded too. I am sure you have other quests.

    She's not the 7x, I am. I'm just her daughter, and have been playing for a while, so I have been taking her SS. She had me email them to her.

    OMG no way u spent $40 this week? b:cry How many weeks of allowance did it take u to save up that much since ur makin such a big deal about it b:surrender. Pking is a huge part of a "pvp" server. Just because a guild pks, doesn't mean they are going against the rules. They are actually playing the game for what it's meant for.

    As for luring boss into town, all u can do is submit ticket and wait for problem to be resolved. This is a "Free" to play game, no1 forced u to spend your money. Gms have much more things to do then babysit u all day.

    As for the second post: it was against the rules for that guild, but because the leader and some of the other members like this members, they allow him to terrorize newbies, which is wrong. PvPing is fine, and in fact, in another window, I was PvPing not 10 minutes ago. But camping newbies who are trying to do their quests is wrong. Perfect World will make no money if newbies can't get things done. I like a fair fight. I don't even mind the occasional unfair fight, but this was not only unfair, but wrong. When a player is killing so many newbies at such a hich level, they should be banned for harassment. I'm surprised it's not considered harassment.

    Also, just to clear things up, this is a big guild, which allows its members to target and kill low level charecters, pull bosses onto them, and generally **** up the game for people involved. I'm seeing all the big guilds become more and more power hungry and souless. I could name a few, but instead I'll name one that isn't: RageQuit. :3

    That's OK, I will just get my money back if the rules placed by perfect world cannot be enforced. Tea bagging, stalking, and other such behavior is against the rules and if you have a problem, you can go play on another server, because this game is already dying from cessation (look it up) so to chase off new players that have money to spend by letting freeloading cheaters run the game is not good business. What I spent to play by the rules I agreed to is an issue, and if Perfect World does not enforce the rules I agreed to, they can give me my money back. I am sure **** would love to take my money.

    To clarify the ****, it is another game many are leaving for. Think about it, you will get it. Though it is pay-for-play, a lot of people have already left, as the servers are no longer safe for just about everyone. Even the big guilds don't care about the rules (I know, spoon, no names). Because these guilds have power, low levels are going to be mad and spend their money elsewhere. I imagine PWE will hurt. Oh well. If they don't care about their users, then there is no reason for them to get money, no?

    I appreciate your well-reasoned argument against me, you've got a future in political ads.

    If the leader of Spectral allows postman to PK, then how is he going against guild rules? Wouldn't Athran be the highest authority on Spectral's PKing rules?

    PKing is not harassment, whether it's done against someone 30 lvl above or below you. It's a part of the PvP server, and though I don't condone it, ganking is a part of PvP

    Laughable at best...know our rules. Besides, I saw the chat log and you were talking to an officer about this.

    Believe me when I say that these things are not taken lightly. Don't go around assuming you know anything about the guild in which you speak of.

    Stereotyping at best is ignorance at its finest.

    To the OP pbrooks98 ---> Angry much. OMG do us all a favor and uninstall. I am level 90 and get camped & pk'd and have spend a small amount of $$ on the game. If you cannot handle it at whatever level you are at, then you might as well stop now. The pk does NOT go away!

    This thread is being locked. I understand your frustration, however what you are requesting is not possible. We answer tickets in the order that they are received to be fair to all of our users who are requesting support.

    All users feel that their problem is more important than others, whether or not this is the case is not important to us, we will continue to respond to tickets as fast as we can while doing so in the order that we get them. Please step back from the situation, take a breath, and consider the demands that you are making. We would be doing our community a disservice if we respond to users who are overly vocal in their frustration before we respond to users who are content to wait their turn.

    Please put yourself in our shoes and consider that you are not the only person in need of assistance.

    Thank you. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
