Human Caracter

Hello,
I'm a new player and i have a few questions related to my caracter.
My caracter is a human one and i wonder if this caracter can fly because i have a skill "fly" which is not working at the moment.
My second question is that i searched the forum and found that there is a pet taiming skill. Is this skill a basic skill for everyone or i must learn it somewhere or bye it?
Can a human caracter have a wisp and how?
If this questions exist somewhere in the forum please give me the link otherwise please answer to them.

    Everyone has they ability to fly at level 30 with an in game flying sword for humans. There are now a couple of them through the boutique that you can buy at level 20.

    When you say wisp do you mean genie? If so just take the quest from the Watcher of the Earth located in any major city.

    Also, taming is strictly a veno thing.

    So what you are saying that humans can't tame? I have to buy an egg from someone and then hatch it and learn it somehow?

    there r 2 types of pets (3 if u count in mounts)

    1) battle pets - these only can be tamed and used by venos
    2) All class pet - can be tamed by venos only but can be used by all classes. These pets dont do anythin but just follow u around
    3) mounts - u know wht it means xD

    So the main thing is that if i want a pet i have to buy it.

    yup u hav to buy it...all class pets r kinda expensive nd can range from 100k to 1m+
