Two strange problems I have

So I started PWI about a month ago and for the first few times it was running nicely(no lags) but now after an hour of playing either my computer suddenly restarts itself or the game closes and I get something saying ReportBugs and it wants me to send something (mostly the ReportBugs thing).
I have no idea whats wrong. I scanned for viruses(maybe virus scanner not good enough) and checked my systems(I'm not sure about all of it). I'm not sure what's wrong. Please help.

    thank you for seeking wizardly advice. Allow me to use a spell to fix your computer b:laugh

    its the game i think. The report bugs thing happened to me after the genie patch. I found that if you minimize while going afk it helps.

    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    The game has problems with 2+ CPUs on some systems. I used to crash a lot until I found imagecfg.exe. You can use it to force affinity, aka only run on, one cpu. You wont lose performance, well atleast I didn't. If you don't feel comfortable with the command prompt I would recommend getting a friend that can help you setup imagecfg.exe.

    Might help, not sure.
