I'm a bit confuzzled. b:shocked
How can you view another player's level?
So far I've been looking at ther equipment through player info to work it out.
It's kinda annoying..is there any other way?
Thanks~ b:victory

As far as I know, you make an educated guess based on equipment.

Unless you're in-faction or in a squad with them, there is no other way to determine level except for looking at gear. You can usually tell what lvl range they are just by visually looking at their weapon, 6x, 7x, 8x, etc... looking at their equips page can get you much closer.
I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

If you can tell a weapons level by looking at it, or their armor. Other than that, not really.

If they are an "underwear wolf" not sporting a weapon then it would be hard to tell unless they join your squad so you can see. b:victory

Hmm a few ways I can think of

    1) Squad with them
    2) Have them in your friends list
    3) See it in the guild list
    4) Check their ranking in the top 50
    5) Use their forum avatar
    6) Ask someone who knows
    7) Take a guess

    Ahaa..
It's basicly what I've been doing so far. ):
It's kind of silly; that the creators don't allow levels to be seen. It's a basic thing on all games.

Kinda. In wow if the enemy character/mob is more than 10 levels higher than your character's level all you see is a skull.

Why? So you can PK newbs without fear of retaliation?
I think that the ability to know other players levels would be unfair.

On PK servers, that thing that WoW does is pretty good. (Even if they are more than 10 levels below you, it displays a skull lol, so you dont know if they are higher or lower, then really really high levels can dress up as noobs and when someone attacks them they can switch to their full TT90 set and pwn them xD)

But on PVE servers it should say their level when you click them and the little window at the top pops up, just like with monsters.

Skull means they are at least 10 levels higher, anything below that displays the level. Skull = don't touch

i have never played a game that allowed others to see your level. hell this is the first game that i have seen that allows you to view equips. none of anyone's business what level someone is or what equips they have.
Staring at the wall is much more rewarding than playing PW.

I agree 100%. I played a game that calculated shown level based on a sum of various attributes. As a result, if you focused on one aspect, you'd show a lower level than someone who raised them all. I got so tired of being called a noob by a higher level I could 2-shot... PW's method is so much better.
