Elders trial

I notices a lot of people my level walking around with either a trial wand or trial staff. Seeing as though these a level 20 weapons i assume they got it as a quest reward at around level 20. Is there such a quest as the elders trial and how can i get it?

    At level 19 you get a call to duty quest, complete it and you will receive the weapon as a reward.

    You get Call to duty quests at 19,29,39,51,59,69 and onwards.....
    Either have your guild do it or get a bunch of friends for it or there is always some one spamming world chat "doing your call to duty (fb)" etc

    Call to duty are also know as fb.b:bye
    Quit.
