Can't log in.

So, my internet network spazzed out on me and my internet froze up as I was playing in Dreamweaver and I eventually got the "Lost connection to the server, Please log in again" Message and it took me to the front log in page for PW.
I fixed my network and its all good now, but I can't log into the game, it says my accounts still logged in.
So I was wondering if a GM or something could help me out and log my account out?
