What does Attack lvl 1 mean?

What does attack lvl 1 mean in your c-panel?I never had a attack lvl now I do.How does this help you?

    that could be from your general summer (stahs) wep
    you are now so strong like a lvl 51 player (attack) if u are lvl 50

    attack and defense level:

    attack level: each point of attack level increases your damage by 1%

    defense level: each point of defense level reduces damage taken by 1%
    One corn to rule them all and in the darkness cream them
