ohai there, build question?

Hi guys b:bye I'm new to the venomancer and I had a quick question to see what your opinions may be about it. I've got a lvl 50 BM and a lvl 23 wizzy, so in saying that I guess I mean I have some experience with the game.

Now, my plan is to go full arcane until about 50 from which I will pour all my str and dex to go light armor so that by about 60 something I will be a light armor veno. With the extra pdef. I'm assuming that things will go a bit better PvP wise against certain classes such as WB or WR, or even archers. (Am I correct in assuming this?) Plus I'll have my pet to help me while grinding during the early levels, meaning that being arcane wont be too bad because I'll have optimum damage and not have to worry about getting hit because my pet will always be in the forefront.

I'm rambling aren't I? b:chuckle

Just what are your opinions on doing that for my build? I know heavy veno's have great pdef. but if it becomes the case where I find I don't have enough pdef. in my higher levels then I guess I'll have to restat then.

    I would go arcane until you have a herc and nix, as money making potential is much higher when you are arcane with a herc.

    After you have them both then restat to LA. I think that is the best way to do it, and is exactly what I am going to do.

    That depends on how good you are at saving money and merchanting when the opportunity presents itself. I got my herc at lvl 64, and am currently working on the nix.

    Depends on when you get the herc/nix and how you're planning to get it.
    if you're going to just buy it with cash, that's about $200 or so
    if you're going to grind coin in game... it can take you up to your 70s, I think

    Yeah, theres no way im spending 200$ on this game, I've already spent 80ish and swore to myself I wont pay anymore for some time until I get a job which isn't easy for a 17 y/o haha. Answer me this, before I waste my time on a wizard. Is a LA veno + nix better than an LA wizard of the same level? This may be the wrong place to ask, but if I'm going to be spending time on a pker, I'd like one that is the best, so if a Veno+nix is better than a LA wizard, I'll stop working on my wiz.

    I'm curious, do people restat to LA for some other reason than PVP or TT?

    I'm arcane at lv. 85 and can't see a reason for LA.

    I think its for PvP. Heavy veno's are for PvP as well, but I'm not really looking to be a heavy veno.

    You cant really compare a Veno with Nix with any other Class or what is "Better" but I can say that Veno + Nix <- Has the highest DPs in the whole game, even higher than Archers... So its all upto what kind of a game play you prefer. Personally, I play a veno because making money is a piece of cake and I only get richer not poorer. But then again, if I planned to spend a few hundred bucks on this game, I would prefer a Wizard or an archer because they are a lot cool too only they suck at making money and dont even start to compare to a Venomancer. b:surrender
