crazy stone quest.....having issues...

okay i got the crazy stone quest took the shabby shards to the tailor and im supposedly wait ten minutes well its been ten minutes and nothings happening need help!!!


NOTE: being going back and forth between the quest giver and the tailor nothing..

    once 10 minutes are over talk to the person who gives crazy stone, can't remember name clearly atm sorry, something like hou shin

    Yep, don't wait at the tailor that u gave the stones,
    but see the one that gives u the CS quest.
    (there should be a grey or golden flag above that NPC)

    I guess the NPCs name is Hou Jenshi, wich is located in West Archousaur - 630 641
