Auto-bind Crimson Horn

Hey guys,

I know that it auto-binds after it is equipped for the 1st time. Would it be auto bound after it is crafted before it is equipped for the 1st time?

I don't have blacksmithing skills to make the bow, so I'm thinking of having a good friend of mine to make it, but I want to make sure that he can transfer it to me after he makes it for me to equip.

Also, what level of blacksmithing is needed to make the bow?

    It is bound on equip and not on craft. There is a dialog to confirm that you really want to equip it when you do it for the first time. Safest way to do it is have a friend who is unable to equip it to make it for you I guess b:chuckle
    TT80 stuff is blacksmith level 5 I believe.

    Yep, it doesn't autobind. Mine was crafted yesterday by a friend without a hitch - just make sure they don't (or can't) equip it. BM level 5 IIRC.
