simple way to make a weapon shiny?

yeah im a real noob and i understand pretty much how to use skills and run around. thats pretty much it. but i was playing since last year, quit for a while, and now im back and id like to know simply how to make ur weapon glow and stuff. like just a real simple step to step thing. thanks :D

    The weapon from lvl 5 supply crate glows blue as well

    The weapons from the Supply Stash aren't all 3-star, but they all glow blue (except the bows which don't glow).

    all 3 star + bows glow...

    i have 4 bows in my inven that glow :X

    yeah The Penetrator glows. and TT Crossbows glow

    the whole thing with the 3 star gear glowing. I have 3 star armor and legendary armor and not even all of that glows. Genie shins dont glow b:sad

    3* armor doesn't glow. 3* weapons all glow.

    There is a level 74 magic sword (Pure Sword) that also glows even if it is 1*.
    Only item I have ever seen do that.
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    For armo/u/r you need to put gems into it. Like 2 or 3 of the same gem makes it glow.
